WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 4th 8PM

The Rules:

• Entrants will pay a $20 fee to enter the contest.A portion of which will go to Tree City Cats.

• Entrants must be 18+

• Enter at your own risk - waiver required.

• Competitors have 10 minutes to finish as many hot dogs as possible.

• Depending on total number of entrants, multiple 10 minute heats may occur

  • If multiple heats occur, the entrant who ate the most during their 10 minute heat will be declared the winner.

• All entrants will receive the same identical hot dog and buns.

• No condiments.

• Complete Hot dog and bun must be consumed for it to be counted.No credit will be given for partial hot dogs eaten.

• Only one hot dog may be eaten at a time

• No utensils, condiments, or help from outside.

• Dunking is allowed, but reminder that if the entire hot dog or bun is not consumed, it will not count.

• Any vomiting during the competition will result in an immediate disqualification.

• Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification.

• If the judges feel an entrant is in distress, they reserve the right to immediately disqualify them.

• In the event of an overall tie:

  • One-dog sudden death will occur.

  • If the tie occurs between separate heats, the sudden death will occur at least 10 minutes after the last heat has finished.

  • If a tie occurs in an individual heat, sudden death will only occur once all heats have occurred and only if it is necessary to declare a winner.
